Loan Programs
Loan Application Requirements
A complete package of applications, documents and information needed to apply for a loan is
available through the offices of CDA on Saipan, Tinian and Rota. The requirements include:
A. General
- Loan Application
- Business Plan
- Declination Letter from three (3) banks on the proposed project
- Financial Statements - at least two (2) years for existing businesses
- Resume for each applicant (see attached criteria)
- Tax Compliance from the Division of Revenue & Taxation
- Land Documents (Land Title) for business location, if applicable
- Certified Property Map, if applicable
- Payment of credit report fee of $10.00
B. Corporations (additional document(s) required)
- Corporate Resolution to Borrow
- Articles of Incorporation
- Corporate By-Laws
- Annual Report and Certification from the Registrar of Corporations
C. Partnership (additional document(s) required)
D. Other items may be required
